About Us

The Alpine Woman’s Club is open to all East County Women. Our Mission is three-fold: to provide opportunities for Alpine women to meet and socialize; to maintain our Clubhouse, which is the Historic Alpine Town Hall, at 2156 Alpine Blvd., and to give away Scholarships to local graduating seniors who are college bound. So far we have given away over $126,000 in scholarships. The Woman’s Club also has special annual events, such as the "Christmas Home Tour" and our "Victorian Tea."

The Alpine Woman's Club was organized in October, 1914.The objectives of the Club are to promote the social, civic, educational and cultural advancement of the citizens of Alpine and to work with other organizations toward that end. We meet the third Tuesday of the month (September through June) at noon.

The Alpine Woman’s Club and the Foundation are managed by volunteers. Our operating expenses are raised through membership dues and annual fund-raisers, including the Holiday Home Tour in December, Attic Treasures Sale in February and the Victorian Tea in April. We are looking for Community Sponsors to help support our efforts. The Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 organization and all donations are tax deductible.

We have three levels of sponsorship. To recognize your donation, your business name will be included in our yearbook and will appear on the Sponsorship Wall in the Town Hall. You will also receive a Certificate of Appreciation to display in your business or in your home. Depending on your sponsorship level you will also receive tickets to our Holiday Home Tour.

If you are interested in becoming a Community Sponsor, please  Click here to get the information form.

Donations are always appreciated.  They go towards our Scholarship Fund.  We have given away more than $126,000.00 so far.  Your donations also help us maintain the historic Town Hall.  We are a 501 C-(3) and all donations are tax deductible.  Please consider the Alpine Woman’s Club in your Will and estate planning.
