Rent the Town Hall
The Alpine Woman’s Club is located in the heart of the historic town of Alpine, California, at 2156 Alpine Boulevard. The Clubhouse, built in 1899, is available for small weddings, wedding receptions, meetings, parties and banquets.
The building is air conditioned and features an auditorium with a large stage that includes an upright piano, a kitchen and outdoor gazebo. The room capacity is 136; however, theater and table seating is less. There are two bathrooms including one for wheelchair access and designated parking.
The ambiance and beauty of this historic building provides a peaceful and beautiful environment for those celebrating a special event.

Rent the Town Hall
One-Time / Special Event Use
- Weddings/Full Day – $800
(Includes use of kitchen, gazebo area and parking lot. No other events will be scheduled that day.) - Security Deposit – $500 (refundable)
All Other Events
- Hourly rental – $70
- Kitchen use per rental – Additional $70
- Security Deposit – 1/2 total rental (refundable)
- Hours in excess of agreement – $70 per hour
Repeated use, with a one-year contract, is negotiated on an individual basis.
